If you are not fully satisfied within 7 days of the delivery date, please email us at babybooinfo@gmail.com and we will assist you in returning your product(s). Sales become final 7 days after the delivery date. We request that UPS or USPS be used to return the product(s).
Because we believe so strongly in our products, we will refund your credit card for the products and all the shipping costs, if you are not satisfied with the products.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging (including box or plastic wrap), with all original tags and documentation, and free of cigarette smoke or other odors. “New?and “unused?means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
We only accept product returns from people that we sold to, we do not accept product returns from people that purchased product from other retail entities.
Product should be returned to the return address on the original shipping label.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and keep the shipping container, so a claim may be filed with the shipping company.
