What is a Cradle me?
The Cradle Me is a swaddling blanket with a sewn-in foam pad that provides extra support and protection for the baby. The blanket is designed in such a way that the foam pad cocoons around the baby’s head, while leaving their face exposed.
The swaddling straps cross over the baby’s tummy, which if they are gassy, have an upset stomach, or are colicy, they really like the pressure on their tummy. The Cradle me can help prevent such things a shaken baby syndrome and colic. Babies are happier, quieter, and more peaceful while wrapped in a Cradle Me.
The Cradle me makes holding and passing the baby from person to person easier. The Cradle me enhance the nursing experience and promotes Bonding, due to the happiness and comfort of the baby.
What is a Baby Shield?
A Baby Shield is a garment worn by the mom, to provide privacy for herself and the baby. The Baby Shield provides 360 degree total coverage, so baby can rest, nurse, be shielded from bright lights, etc. One size fits all.
What is a sleep sac?
A sleep sac is a wearable blanket. New parents are being taught by nurse educators to not use blankets on their infants, due concerns about SIDS. A sleep sac is a comfortable alternative. Just dress your baby in some sleeping apparel, place the baby in the sleep sac, and then lay them flat on their back. The sleep sacs zip from the bottom to the top, so that the zipper does not irritate the infant’s neck or chin.
What are the fabrics made of?
BabyBoo is known for having high quality, exceptionally soft fabrics. All of our fabrics are machine washable and dryable. We have two kinds of fabric currently in use: knit with satin trim, and felicity cotton with satin trim.
The knit fabric is a rare high quality rayon microfiber, that has a soft “velour type” feel to it.
The fabric is designed to be warm yet breathable – to replicate the womb, and it is double brushed for softness. The fabric is almost impossible to stain and destroy. Consumers have accidently driven over their Cradle Me’s, washed them, and they were good as new.
The felicity cotton is a high quality thick interlock cotton The pattern on the felicity is raised squares, it is a very nice texture that is esthetically appealing. The inside of the fabric, where is touches the baby, is double brushed for extra softness.
Are any of the fabrics organic?
We do not use any “organic “fabrics for two reasons. One, true organic fabrics are cost prohibitive to use. Consumers are being sold “organic” fabrics that aren’t truly “ organic,” this is not a problem, unless you have a baby that has a true allergy to fabric dyes or threads.
We have never received a call or email informing us that a baby has had an issue with any of the fabrics and dyes that we use. Two, our goal it to make items that are truly comfortable for the baby. We make our products out of extremely soft feeling fabrics, true organic cotton, dyed with true organic dyes, are not soft.
Where are the products made?
Currently, the majority of our fabrics are made in China. We have a wonderful relationship with our manufacturing partner in China. No baby has ever had a skin rash or any problems with our products.
How do you wrap the baby in a Cradle me?
The Cradle Me comes with a booklet that explains how to wrap the baby and launder the blanket.
What does the health care community think of the Cradle me?
The health care community is in total support of the Cradle Me. Some hospitals buy them to give to every new baby born in their hospital.

The health care community is in total support of the sleep sac. Some hospitals buy them to give to every new baby born in their hospital. Nurse educators are teaching new parents to use them every night.
Do you use the same fabrics in your products, can they be put together?
All of our fabrics can be coordinated together, if they are the same fabric type and color. For example, a pink knit gown can be worn inside a pink knit Cradle me, and a baby shield of white felicity cotton and taupe trim, will match the Cradle Me of the same color combinations.
How do you launder the Cradle Me?
The Cradle Me is laundered in a regular washer and dryer. First, the foam pad is easily removed by means of the Velcro closure at the top of the blanket. The foam pad has a cover over it that can be wiped down if need be.
What are the minimum required for retail store orders?
We have no minimum order requirements,
but we do have an ongoing special, where if you order 9 Cradle
Me's in any combination, we sell you 9 for the price of 8.
Do you have a point – of – sale pieces for the retail stores?
Yes, we have marketing pieces on the Cradle me and the Baby shield that we send to stores, as well as some BabyBoo decals, with their first order.
Where do you ship from, how do you ship?
We ship from St Paul, Minnesota, USA. We ship via UPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship UPS Ground to Canada. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
Can you ship expedited delivery?
We are limited in our ability to do expedited delivery. If we receive your order early in the week, on Mon or Tue, sometimes we can offer overnight or 2-day service.
Do you gift wrap?
At this time, due to space limitations, we do not gift wrap. We can put on a letter stating who the gift was from, and leave out the pricing sheets.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns on product that we actually shipped you. We have this policy because many people try to return items that they received as gifts, thinking that they were purchased new at a store, and then given to them as a gift. When in reality many of the items were purchased used on eBay, and they are often not an actual Cradle me, but an imitation.
Due to the knockoffs and used products floating around, we only accept product returns if your name was on the actual sales order. If you received a product as a gift, please work with the gift giver to initiate a return.
